The pools, including a swim-up bar, were perfect! The breakfast selection was to die for, and each meal was bursting with flavor. Not to mention the beautiful gardens and lively atmosphere where we made lovely memories!

Besides, the location was great and beautiful for our stay, within 5 minutes' walk of Monteverde Orchid Garden. There was an attached restaurant nearby. Had attractive room with good shower, and we couldn't ask for more.

The Bromelia Beautiful King Room was spacious but felt a bit dull with dark walls. The bed was comfy, and the organic toiletries were a nice touch. They had nice shampoo and lotion that I enjoyed. Really clean room too. It met my needs, but a little brighter decor would've made it cozier.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The room itself was quite cramped for a family of four with just two full-sized beds, leaving no room for our luggage. The bathroom lacked adequate places to hang towels.

The hotel has a beautiful garden view that enhances the overall experience. The clean Bromelia Beautiful Double Room offered a comforting stay, and the warm water was consistently reliable . The setting is nice, surrounded by trees.
